On 1st May 2010 following a meeting of the Board of Trustees of  PAVAUK, it was decided to make an application to the Charity Commissioners to change our name to  PASA UK, Practitioners Alliance for Safeguarding Adults.

This proposal will now be put to our members on 21st October 2010 at the AGM. A postal opinion has also been carried out within the rules of such matters.

This is to reflect the various inconsistencies and confusion at all levels as to the correct or otherwise determination of the term 'Vulnerable Adult'.

It may well be that the names will run in tandem with the formal registered name and the reflective name. In the meantime our e mail addresses are:-
